💎 Warranty Coverage

All Akai G Jewels pieces come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing faults or plating defects that occur under normal use.

If your item qualifies, we will offer a free replacement of the same or similar style (subject to stock availability).
⚠️ What’s Not Covered

Damage caused by misuse, accidental breakage, or general wear and tear

Scratches, bending, or tarnish caused by exposure to chemicals, perfume, or water beyond normal use

Lost items or damage caused by improper storage
⚕️ Allergic Reactions
All Akai G Jewels pieces are made with hypoallergenic, nickel-free materials suitable for sensitive skin.
However, as individual sensitivities vary, we cannot guarantee that everyone will be free from allergic reactions.
If irritation occurs, please discontinue use immediately.
Unfortunately, allergic reactions are not covered under our warranty policy.

Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we’ll arrange your replacement and confirm shipping details.
⏰ Timeframe
Warranty claims must be made within 12 months of your original purchase date.
Any replacements provided under warranty do not extend or restart the original warranty period.
